No longer assigned; old numbering for 1.13 miles of Main Street in East Hampton, between Routes 16 and 66. It was commissioned c. 1942 and decommissioned in 1963.

For a year or two starting in 1932, Main Street (north of Route 16) was part of the old Route 171.
